Deborah first job out of high school was as a chair-side assistant for a general dentist in Simi Valley, Calif. Deborah loved the field from the very beginning and found that she had a way with people. She also has been a dentistry receptionist, and an office manager, and even worked for a medical management corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah as the Operations Manager. Deborah also spent some time as a dental assistant instructor, which she found very rewarding.
As the customer service manager for BDG and now the Director of BDG Academy, she has found a purpose to utilize the many years of experience she has.
Charissa is the Clinical Manager at BDG. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she graduated highschool in 2008 and began her career with BDG in 2009 at the Boston Dental location in Summerlin. Starting as a Dental Assistant, Charissa’s dedication and leadership quickly earned her the role of Lead Dental Assistant.
In June 2015, Charissa was promoted to Clinical Manager for all BDG offices. In this role, she oversees expenses and budget control, manages the safety department, and ensures that Clinical Coaches are properly trained while supervising the Lead Dental Assistants across all locations. Charissa excels in clinical operations, leading three regional clinical team members and managing Lead Dental Assistants company-wide. She also oversees and manages the OSHA Infection Control Department and the Dental Assistant Training Program.
Outside of work, Charissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four children.
Ariana has worked for Boston Dental Services and contributed as a dental assistant, lead dental assistant, clinical coach and currently as the Safety and Infection Control Director.
In the role of Safety and Infection Control Director, Ariana looks after the well being of BDG team members by, providing training and guidance in all aspects of the Safety and Infection Control Program.
Ariana has completed the Safety and Health Practitioner Certificate Program provided by SCATS.
With 20 years of dedicated experience in the dental field, Andria(Nikki) is a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant known for providing exceptional patient care and clinical support. Over the course of her career, she has developed expertise in chairside assisting, radiography, infection control, and patient education. Her commitment to creating a calm and welcoming environment has earned her the trust of both patients and colleagues alike. Nikki takes pride in her ability to anticipate the needs of both dentists and patients, ensuring efficient procedures and a positive experience for everyone involved. In addition to her technical proficiency, she stays current with continuing education to keep up with advancements in dental technology and best practices. Whether assisting with restorative, cosmetic, or teaching at BDG Academy, Nikki brings professionalism, empathy, and precision to every task. Outside the operatory, she enjoys mentoring new dental assistants and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented workplace.
Natalie has been a dedicated Dental Assistant for over 5 years. She brings a warm, caring approach to every patient and takes pride in helping them feel relaxed and confident during their visits. With experience in both general and cosmetic dentistry, Natalie is skilled in chairside assisting, digital X-rays, sterilization, and patient education. She loves being part of a team that helps patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and trying new coffee shops.
