3 Convenient Payment Options

Pay in Full - Upfront before the course starts

Dental Assisting Training: $300 discount on tuition – $3,600.00 Total

Dental Administration Course: $200 discount on tuition – $2,500.00 Total

Intro to Orthodontic Seminar: $100 discount on tuition – $1,400.00 Total

6 Month Payment Plan - Tuition will be billed over the course of 6 months

Dental Assisting Training: $3,900.00 Total -$650 will be auto-billed monthly for 6 months or until the full balance is paid off – First payment due prior to first class.

Dental Administration Course: $2,700.00 Total – $450.00 will be auto-billed monthly for 5 months or until the full balance is paid off – First payment due prior to first class.

Intro to Orthodontic Seminar: $1,500.00 Total- $250.00 will be auto-billed monthly for 6 months or until the full balance is paid off – First payment due prior to first class

12 Month Payment Plan - Tuition will be billed over the course of 12 months

Dental Office Training Course: $3,900.00 Total – $325 auto-billed monthly for 12 months or until the full balance is paid off – First payment due prior to first class

Dental Administration Course: 12 Month Payment Plan option is not available

Intro to Orthodontic Seminar: 12 Month Payment Plan option is not available

Students have the option to pay with cashier’s cash, check or credit card for Option A and B. Students will receive a receipt at the time of each payment.*Students that chose the Option B or C payment plans must pay with a credit card or debit card and complete a Credit Card Authorization form. This form authorizes BDG Academy to auto-charge these monthly payments on the set monthly due date.

A certificate of completion will be awarded upon completion of the program this includes meeting the performance levels required for graduation and a successful completion of the 40-hour externship. All financial obligations must be met, and all accounts must be in good standing before a certificate completion and student transcript is issued to the student.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made in timely manner as agreed to in this enrollment agreement. If a student is late on their payments for any reason, they will be subject to $50.00 late fee. If a student defaults on their payment arrangement they will automatically be sent to collections.
